Where's the Beef?

We sent a calf to the butcher a few weeks ago.  I picked up 4 boxes of meat today.  This is just half of the calf since we split the meat with somebody else.  Lots of ground beef, steaks, and roasts.

 I don't think I'll be cooking this.....
