San Antonio

Douglas and I took a road trip to San Antonio for Valentine's Day weekend.  He met Uncle Justin, Uncle Bryan, and Aunt Stephanie.

Douglas's first trip to the zoo
Douglas's first time on the carousel.  He liked it and I'm proud of him for not spitting up with all the up and down motion.
He liked his Valentine candy from Nana - it made a good rattle!
Douglas was not happy that we woke him up from his nap to buckle him into his carseat.

Three Months Old

Weight:  15 lb 8 oz (90th percentile)
Length:   24 inches (52nd percentile)
Head Circumference:  18 inches (99th percentile)
Eating: 5-6 oz every 3 hours; We tried the Enfamil AR formula that has the rice added, but  he still spit up quite a bit.  We switched back the Walmart brand Sensitive formula and add rice cereal.  We go through several bibs and clothing changes during the day because of the spit up, but he's a happy, growing boy.
Sleeping:  For the past week, he's been sleeping from 8:30 or 9:00 PM to 6:30 or 7:00 AM. We usually give him a bath around 7:30 or 8:00, swaddle him, feed him, and lay him down for the night.  He was sleeping in the pack-n-play, but we switched to the rock-n-play with an incline since he's been congested.  He usually takes a 2 hour nap in the morning, 1-1.5 hr nap around noon, and another 1 hr nap around 3:00 or 4:00.
Diapers: size 2
Clothes: 3 months; some 3-6 months onesies; 6 month sleepers
Likes: baths, smiling, being tickled
Dislikes:  snot sucker, getting his fingernails cut, taking his bottle away to burp him
Latest Tricks:  holding his head up during tummy time, holding onto our fingers with a death grip, sleeping through the night, chewing on his hands
